Hi,
I was doing last minute tax return for 2018. then I found Lacerte charged $397 on 10/25/2018. 

I know it is a bit old but I've never accessed Lacerte for last 2 years because I was not planning to subscribe Lacerte any more. (Basically I have not many clients enough to cover these charges) So never knew they charged for 2018 Lacerte subscription.

I have no memory of requesting 2018 Lacerte programs. But I just found out they charged this money. Did they automatically charged it? What I remember was I always have to initiate to pay for yearly programs, not automatic subscription.

So I accessed Intuit first time in two years and found there is a download link for 2018 Lacerte program on my dashboard. I've never used it!

I want to know how to get money back on these unwanted charge.

I checked my dashboard and it was set auto renewal but I have NO MEMORY OF of setting AUTO RENEWAL.

Also I found there is NO CHOICE of removing my credit card information on dashboard.

So I decided to go to the credit card company for dispute.
