I have worked at Intuit for over 8+ years, starting in our QuickBooks department, moving to a hybrid Customer Service role for both ProSeries and Lacerte, and then ultimately a Specialist for ProSeries focused on Customer Service (billing, account management, etc) then cross functionally focused on Systems (install, network, download, etc.) and Tax (forms availability, form generation, etc.) I have been a Moderator here in Community for approximately 2-3 years. All Stars gave me the nickname of "Henry Jr." (ashley aka henry jr.) as the real Henry was a former AllStar who posted questions, to which he replied to himself. I have pride in the work that I do and am willing to help anyone who needs it. If you're unsure.... just ask!
