Why can't I transmit a return marked ready to transmit?

I get the version of ProSeries you are using is no longer current. 

I have updated and get that all are up to date.

Have you tried highlighting the returns in the EF homebase and clicking "update acknowledgements".

If that doesn't work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the program.

That's what I had to do.   But now accepted returns show up as pending, and pending returns showed up as accepted.  Do you think I need to address this issue or not ?

Highlight them all and choose Update Acknowledgements for Selected Returns and see if that straightens it out.

Tools - Repair updates = worked for me! Thanks! (The process appears to re-install the entire package.)
