I find https://accountants.intuit.com/_intuit/accountants/tax/2018/proseries/fragments/resources-release-da... to be interesting. It seems to give 3 listings for 1299-C, two with YES and one with NO.

Here's wishing you many Happy Returns

Schedule 1299-C consists of 3 pages, maybe page 1 cannot be efiled, but pages 2 and 3 can (if page 1 is blank)?

Interesting.......i was not aware of this either. I should've looked where you looked @George4Tacks. I just know I've filed multiple this year with some credits. Maybe @wjfodor is correct?

Page 1 is where you subtract dividends paid by High Impact Businesses (line 4), such as Abbott Labs and Abbvie Inc. Its a subtraction and not a credit. Therein lies my conundrum.

OOH! Conundrum. I love that word, but hate having one.
Is the amount worth the hassle of a paper filing? That would be my quandary.

Yes, the amount is worth the paper filing hassle, and more returns are in queue with the same issue. Hence my quest to demystify this enigma!

I hate to disagree with you but supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is a big word.  The words you are referring to aren't big, they are just fancy.
