How do I get the running amount due/refund to show up in the blue bar of the client's worksheet? Thank you.

For odd reasons, the refund monitor shows for some client files and for some not. Why is this? How to fix this?

Hmmm that's odd. Try turning it off and back on while in one of those client files. See if that changes

Someone else said if you open the state return, then bounce back to the federal, it will all work again.
