How does an S-Corp (1120S) with rental income from a triple-net lease indicate that the income does not qualify for 199A treatment?

Thanks for this information.  I'm new to Proconnect and had not seen Screen #'s used before.  How can I find a specific screen number in the program?

My apologies for not being clear. Was thinking your question was about Lacerte.

In PTO, you'd find that same checkbox under Schedule K > Other Schedule K Items > Other Information
