Sometimes I've been using the worksheets and other times pulling up the form I need.  I haven't decided yet which way I prefer.

I have always gone directly to the applicable worksheet as I work through the client organizer.  So that has to be the correct way :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I abhor the new layout. It is so much more time consuming to enter data. It is unhelpful in showing a client all on one page the sources of his income, deductions, and credits. Request in printing out the six! new schedules that they be condensed to print on fewer pages.

I agree with you Greta!  Hard for clients to follow the figures all spread out like that.

You can use the 1040Worksheet and branch out from there.  I've just been pulling up the forms I need and working from them.

The new forms have disturbed the "flow" we've had for so many years.
