Can't authenticate into Lacerte 2016.

We purchased new desktop and reinstalled 2016 Lacerte (as well as 2011-2019). I can get into every year requiring login but I can't authenticate into 2016. The same credentials work for this forum, downloading the software on Pro-Connect, and years 2017, 2018, 2019.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the 2016 year. I was able to log in on the other two new desktops on Friday.


Installed latest release 2016.01.82_IMG_01_480

Windows 10 

Brand new desktop

Years 2011-2015 and 2017- 2019 are working fine

Possibly you need to update the prep file. You can download prior years from a current year. Did you run 2016 Lacerte Web Setup to do the install? 2016.01.82_IMG_01_480 sounds like a burn to cd image.
