I have reset my password and everytime I try to sign in it tells me to wait 15 minutes. I have been waiting 15 minutes for one and half hours please help. Audrey"

Searching: "I am having trouble signing on to proseries. I exceeded my attempts. Everything has failed and I don't want to wait until Monday to get into proseries. I have reset my password and every time I try to sign in it tells me to wait 15 minutes. I have been waiting 15 minutes for one and half hours please help. Audrey"

Try disconnecting wifi, then restart the program, you should see an option to Login Offline...see if you can get in that way, then reconnect to wifi.
