    Am I able to use my DBA name/trade name as the firm name when I sign clients' tax returns?

    I only have a DBA, not an llc or corp. I am self-employed with a PTIN & EFIN.

    Yes, if your DBA is registered and is associated with your PTIN/EFIN.
