New cloud hosted desktop ProSeries?
Received an e-mail regarding new cloud hosted desktop ProSeries. Completed form for someone to contact, then later called the sales number which resulted in "they're in a meeting and will call back" message. This was over a week ago, no one has called! Today I get a renewal invoice in my e-mail for nearly $8,000. HEY WHAT ABOUT THE NEW PRODUCT CALL BACK? Is anyone else frustrated with the lack of customer service? I don't even get a sales rep anymore.
