I see Intuit webinars are now offering CPE credit. Nice unless you live in CA. A CRTP can't get credit because Intuit isn't an approved provider for CTEC. What gives?

What gives?  I doubt that area is Intuit's primary focus, and qualifying as an approved provider isn't simple.

CPAacademy.org has tons of free CPE - you can check to see if it qualifies as a CTEC provider.

I use www.caltaxschool.org to get my CA CTEC requirements (as well as the IRS AFSP requirements) done all in one swoop for the year (pretty cheap too!), and then everything else is just gravy.
