2016 & 2017 off line?

I need to upgrade to Windows 10. I don`t want to install 2016 & 2017 on my new machine. Is there a way to open them on my old Windows 7 machine without going on line?

I think you need to be online at least once every 90 days so the program can check in with the Intuit server.

However, why don't you want to install 2016 and 2017 on the new machine?  It is  fairly quick, easy, and does not take up much resources on the new computer.

"The first time you log in, while connected, the system caches your login credentials on the computer.  After this has occurred, you will no longer need to be connected to the internet to log in.  The computer can be taken from client to client allowing you to log in each time you need to access the program, without requiring the internet.  Once your password expires, you will need to be connected to update it, which will allow the system to cache the authentication locally once again. (This is not your browser cache)."
