    I'm preparing 2018 Ohio IT-4708. My client letter says the Ohio return will be efiled but this state is not available on my EF Home screen. Help?

    The client letter is wrong.  It needs to be filed on paper.  Will tag an Intuit moderator to look into fixing that.

    IT-4708 may be e-filed from 2018 but Intuit has not been approved for any of their tax products.  See this file published by OH DoR: https://www.tax.ohio.gov/Portals/0/pass-through_entities/File%20Uploads/MeF%20Approved%20Vendors%20L...

    @Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr) Could you please take a look at why the filing instructions produced by PS says the form should be e-filed when PS has not been approved for e-filing the form?  Thanks!

    I'm not able to replicate this behavior, even activating OH, and that form, my client letter just mentions "signing and dating" but nothing about efiling.  Are you using a standard client letter or custom client letter?
