what is something that you wish you would have known at the start, middle or end of this tax season?

I wish I would have known how annoying some of the clients were going to be this year.  I wouldn't have sent them an organizer.  They won't be getting one next year. 🙂

Still waiting on 2.  One is at the top of the "fire this summer" list.  The other I want to fire but she's been a long-time friend of the family (and even spoke at my mom's funeral).

@TaxGuyBill , it cannot be you wish you would have known how to  "Travel back in time to the day I decided to become a tax preparer, and talk myself out of it."

CTOBET list
Clients To Be Terminated.
We go thru the client list while drinking wine to identify those that must go...

As the wine is continued to be drank, does CTOBET list speed up in growth, or does it slow down?  :smile:

I wish I would have known how really yucky the new forum looks and how hard it is to read.

Here's wishing you many Happy Returns

I wish I had known the over-all season (for a myriad of reasons) was going to be as tough as it was.   I'd have bought enough PowerBall tickets to make sure that I won enough to buy an island in the Caribbean.  And I would have hired Ashley to be my private pirate on said island.

@Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr)  -  would you be up for that?   I'd think every private island would need to have it's own resident pirate, no?

I wish I would have known how sucky ProSeries was going to be, so I could have tested out other software before this season.

I wish I had at least one client contact me to let me know that it was April 15th today.  It caught me completely by surprise.
