Minnesota has Teachers Retirement Association pensions, which are taxable, but I'm not sure what you mean by tax receivable income.  A little more info on what you have going on would be helpful.

It could be Trade Readjustment Allowance, but I was at the bar when you guys were in the mind reading class.

It's Tax Receivable Agreement income like in this link.
