When I try to allow staff access to all clients, a message "sorry failed to update user details. Please try again later."
I called in with this issue more than a month ago. I have tried repeatedly to click on the box for all clients so staff could access all clients. It fails every time. My staff cannot do their job and I am stuck doing unbillable administrative work. It appears my staff can only access clients from 2016, not the full 2018 list.
Related issue - It appears to be giving my staff full access to QBO clients (as if the permissions were combined in link).
I want my staff to have full access to tax clients and their uploaded / downloaded information, but limited or no access to QBO. I think there are some coding issues in Intuit Link. It has worked fine for the last two tax seasons and has been nothing but a HUGE headache and loss of profit for this tax season.
