S-Corp extension request was rejected with Lacerte error code F7004-905-03. Is this an unput problem or do I need to contact IRS?

This is a new S-Corp client that I just added to Lacerte for 2018. The 2017 return appears to have been successfully filed with IRS for 2017/

I would contact the e-file help desk https://www.irs.gov/e-file-providers/e-help-desk-for-tax-professionals Be sure the name matches completely, the EIN is correct and possibly the Name Control (Screen 3) is wrong by what Lacerte generated. If you can get the original IRS letter assigning the number (CP 575?) it will be at the top of page 2.
