How do you override form 1099-G? The carryover amount differs from the state-issued 1099-G. ProSeries is not allowing an override

When you are in the 1099G worksheet, click on the federal carryover worksheet.  If you work your way down the worksheet, you will see a box that has the refund that you can manually change the overpayment amount.

If it's a state refund for itemizing last year, check the state refund worksheet for an exclusion amount.
It doesn't happen often, but the taxable refund amount may not be the same as on the 1099G.
