UNABLE TO PRINT
We are unable to print signature documents. We have a 64-bit system and whenever we attempt to print to the printer, to PDF, or PDF direct to SmartVault (or preferred method) we get a crash error message.
My IT guy called about this on Friday morning, and was told you were "working on it." That was 4 days ago and still no resolution.
Without the ability to print signature documents we cannot file a return. This is rapidly creating a MASSIVE problem for my office, and as a long-time ProSeries user, I am quite frustrated that this MAJOR issue has not been resolved.
