Has anyone been receiving a 532 error code when printing

This issue has been reported to development and should be fixed in a future update. As a workaround today:

  1. Select the File menu
  2. Select Print Options
  3. On the left hand side choose Print with Return.
  4. Uncheck all the boxes under Diagnostics.
  5. Attempt to print again.

This error is back as of February 20, 2020. Printed a 'Prepares Copy' of an Individuals Proseries Professional client file ( both federal and state return). Got the error 'An Unknown error occurred while attempting to print. Error# 532. The state return did not print and the federal diagnostics did not print. The above work around did allow the return to print!
