Invoices are set up to charge by the form, same as prior years. But 2018 invoices are not calculating. They all show $0. I think it has to do with new schedules on 1040

My global billing options transferred from prior year Proseries.  I have my software set up to charge by the form and have a fee associated with various forms and schedules. However, every tax return I have prepared so far shows an invoice of $0.  I think it has to do with the new Schedules 1-6, but I tried setting charges for those also.  And it still shows $0 invoice.

I had the same issue, but fixed the problem by clicking the box at the top of the billing page beside Caution. Hope that works for you, too!

Supposedly, Intuit's working on it.Global billing only seems to work on new clients not the clients transferred from 2017.

And this is the disservice and disregard Intuit is showing us!!!  I posted the same question before finding this one, after searching (using different search words apparently) and only came across a post from a year ago.

WE NEED A CENTRALIZED PAGE TO KEEP US INFORMED of bugs that have been reported, bugs being worked on, INTUIT!  What would you rather us do, spend time searching for other posts randomly, hit or miss, or go to ONE PAGE, in which we can review everything being fixed so we can spend our valuable time with other things.
