    Why not just download it?

    Internal CD/DVD work just as well as external. 

    All that you should need to know can be found here https://accountants-community.intuit.com/search?filters%5Bcountry%5D=US&filters%5Bdocument_type%5D=A...  Change the filter from ProSeries to Lacerte, if that really is your product.

    I must apologize as to how royally screwed up this forum is to navigate. They are working on a new format and I expect it to be much worse, except for one item. You won't be ablve to click a No button.
