You're asking for a code to insert to automatically put certain personalized information that isn't part of the required tax return information into the invoice?   I'm not sure that's possible.

I saw that new business code for CA.  It says you have to give it to clients in writing prior to preparing the return, do they get the invoice prior to preparation?  Does ProSeries have an engagement letter built in that can be edited? If they do, I've used it.

I put it in writing on a sign right on my desk....they see it before preparation, I feel like I'm "providing it to the client in writing", and they can take a copy of it with them if they'd like.
