Security
software products, such as those designed to detect and protect
computers against malware or viruses, have been known to cause this
situation.
Exclude ProSeries or ProSeries Basic Edition from its processes, and this should enable the software to read the data file(s).
In
the event the security software does not provide a way to exclude
ProSeries or ProSeries Basic Edition, then you may need to uninstall the
security software product to regain access.
We suggest if you
are not comfortable uninstalling the security software or are unsure how
to do this, please contact a local technician for further assistance.
