Prior year ProSeries software charging fees

I have purchased 2018 professional proseries and am eligible for prior years software/returns free preparation. All other years I am able to prepare and print for no charge however for 2014 software, when trying to print, it asks for a fee to be paid. How can I fix that?

Are you SURE they told you that you it was completely free, rather than the SOFTWARE is free to use, but filing/printing is on a Pay-Per-Return basis?  I think the 'usual' method is that all prior years are Pay-Per-Return.

Have you updated and re-licensed the software (under the "Tools" menu)?

In the event they did tell you filing/printing is free, you will need to contact Customer Service.  This is a user-to-user forum, so nobody here is able to change your software license.
