Have you tried re-licensing the software (under the "Tools" menu)?  That should fix it.


If that does not fix it, reboot the computer, update the software, and re-license again.

If that does not fix it, confirm that your printer is working correctly.

If none of that works, you will probably need to contact Customer Support.

Update the 2017 software first and then run the License Products under Tools.  That should be all you need to do.
