Why Does My Z Report Contain No Data?

I upgraded from 9.0 to 2013 - had a few issues with not being able to sign into Merchant Services until I called tech support and "debugged". Thought all was fine but at the end of the day when we tried to run the Z, the drawer opened but no Z report. We then manually went into Reports, Cash Drawer, Store Close, Z and chose the current day but now we are not sure the report is accurate. What would be the reason that the Z would not print in the normal End of Day procedure?

Also, we still seem to be having a problem "saving" new customers - just since the upgrade - if anyone has an experience with that, let me know how you fixed it. Thanks!

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
