DMS system recommendations
The system recommendations for Document Management System (DMS) are the same as Lacerte. If your system meets the Lacerte system recommendations, then DMS will run fine.

Scanner recommendations
We recommend using a quality, high-speed, TWAIN-compliant scanner.
If you're transitioning to a paperless office, scanning speed is critical, so you should purchase a scanner designed for business use. We also recommend a scanner with an automatic document feeder (ADF), as DMS will allow you to scan multiple pages and documents at once.
Scanners that meet these requirements should work with DMS, but some work better with it than others. Usually, Fujitsu, HP, and Canon scanners perform the best with Document Management System, but many other brands will work as well.
