Follow these steps to check "yes" for Form 990, Part IV, line 38?
- Go to the Input Return tab.
- From the left of the screen, select Informational.
- Select Information Questions (990).
- From the top of the screen, select Governance.
- Locate the Governance, Management, Policies, and Disclosure (990, Part VI and 990EZ, Part V) section.
- Enter an explanation to print on Schedule O in one or both of the following fields:
- Describe the Form 990 review process (990 Line 11)
- Describe disclosure of governing docs, policies, and financial statements (990 Line 19).
