Would you like to be notified by email each time updated information becomes available?  You can do this by 'following' an Intuit ProConnect Announcement.

Follow these steps to manage your announcements and email notifications;

  1. Begin by selecting an announcement link provided within an article.
    • Announcements can also be found on the community homepage.
  1. Sign into your Intuit ProConnect community.
  2. Click the Follow option available in the lower right corner of the announcement.
  1. Click your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the community screen.

  1. Select Notification settings.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select Email notifications - Notify me of items below.
  4. Select Email when... - someone replies to a post you're following (required).
    • You can select multiple items here if desired.

Verifying Your Changes:

Once the Announcement you've selected to "follow" has been updated, you will receive an email notification; 
.....as well as a notification indicator within the community site.

Note: If you wish to discontinue notifications for a specific announcement, simply select Unfollow
