ProSeries/Lacerte/PTO- Sign-in completion failed

We are receiving reports of users getting a Sign-In Completion error when attempting to launch their ProSeries, Lacerte and/or PTO software. We are actively investigating the issue and working to quickly resolve. We appreciate your patience.

Update:  We are actively tracking this issue, which doesn't appear to impact all customers, we are attempting to determine what the commonality is.

Update: Please attempt to reboot your computer as well as your router and attempt to login.

Resolution: On 9/13/18, some Intuit ProConnect customers experienced issues logging into our products. Our initial investigation lead us to believe it was an issue with recent Windows updates. Further investigation has identified that the behavior was isolated to issues with regional Internet Service Providers in specific geographical locations.  We believe these issues have now been resolved, please resume installing your windows
